Description:
The wooden privacy fence is falling down, portions are propped up with boards, several sections at the back of the property are completely down and have been so for months. This house has a swimming pool with no other fencing around the pool. This is a public safety hazard. There is a huge overgrowth of both grass and weeds at the back of the fence and down the side of the privacy fence facing NW 67th Place. The section of fence that is down at the back has lots of garbage and other trash that holds water and raises the potential for breeding mosquitoes.

The resident is blocking off what looks like easement on the road way with plants, rail ties, etc.

This morning (6/14/13) at 7:45 AM I was awoken by loud banging. I looked out my window and a crew of men were doing roof work on the house (1831 NW 55th Terrace); it looked like they were replacing or repairing the roof. Later on I walked past the house and I did not see a work permit posted. They're disturbing my piece and quiet by making noise before 8:00am and are performing work on the house without a permit which concerns me because if the work is not done up to spec and not inspected and passed after completion, it could be a hazard.

There is presently a hole almost 12 inches deep and six inches wide from the latest rain that he has dumped into the back. There are small children directly behind the house and when he is dumping, there is standing water in other property owner's yards. The crator that has developed from his runoff has created a dangerous situation.

This is not the first time of reporting this situation and rather than doing something about it, the case just gets closed.

Synopsis: This is a dangerous property with crime, structural, and electrical safety issues. Potential drug and/or prostitution activity has or may be occurring in the trailer/mobile home. Children live nearby. Recommend making this a high priority.
Description: A dilapidated trailer/mobile home is located at the property. Vagrant individuals have been entering and sleeping in the trailer at night. The structural integrity of the trailer/mobile home needs to be evaluated. The trailer has broken windows. Electrical wires to and from house appear to be disconnected from utility pole and exposed. Electrical wires pose a safety hazard. In addition, the trailer/mobile home is located over the north property boundary. According to aerial photography, USGS MAP and other information, there is a a??right of waya?? on the north boundary of the property that the trailer is positioned on. Therefore, the trailer is partially located on the right of way and should be moved. This trailer has been un-occupied for several years. This trailer is a public nuisance and will continue to attract crime to the area. Please conduct a full investigation. Thank you for your attention to this unsafe structure/property.
