plumbing issues with home have contacted the landlord numerous times in reference to the issues is shoes consist of kitchen sink bathroom sink toilet all backing up into the bathroom to issues have been persisting since Thursday of last week contact it landlord Thursday we were told due to the lease agreement we were responsible for calling a plumber gru you came out Saturday for the second time since we've been renting the home since March and check their main line their main line with clear of any type of roots or anything contacted quality plumbing quality plumbing came out stated that there was not an issue that we want it we cause that the landlord needs to replace plumbing in the home that they came out 3 times since March already in reference to bathroom planning and replacing the older toilet contacted landlord again today she again stated for me to call her once I have talked to quality plumbing the conditions in the home are a miserable with the plumbing I have a1 year old and a five year old in a 14 year old the plumbing is just making the home and livable

Description:
I'm not sure if this is a violation, but am a very concerned citizen and would like an official to visit this property. Some time ago people moved into this house. They have so many dogs. They keep several of them in the garage seemingly 24/7. They used to keep the door open, now they keep it closed all the time with these dogs in cages in the dark and heat all day and I guess all night. The dogs howl and cry and whine continually. There are also dogs in the back yard. The smell is horrendous. These are mostly pit bulls and seem very aggressive if the garage door is open, and its scary to pass by. In addition, recently a family moved in directly next door. They too are breeding pit bulls and keeping them in the garage - or tied out in the back yard on a cord. It is more than frightening to walk between these houses and there are many children in the neighborhood. An awful problem has just been compounded. My main concern is the property listed above. Please check into this and see if anything can be done to remove all these dogs from this place. Thank you.
