08/09/11 BOCC Workshop Documents
The County is proposing a series of updates to our Unified Land Development Code. The changes proposed are to implement new policies adopted in the Comprehensive Plan as a result of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report process, to make further clarifications and corrections to the current code, and to incorporate changes from legislative updates. The County Commission will be reviewing these changes, taking public comments and providing their input in a series of workshops and public hearings beginning in August and running through early 2012. There are many different topic areas addressed in the draft chapters below. Please check back often for updated drafts that will be reposted as we move through the process with the County Commission.
