Permit Trackers
Permit Tracker:
Track Permits by Permit Number, Name of Applicant or Owner. You can also search by Parcel number or Section-Township-Range (STR),
which will give you a list of all Building Permits, Zoning and Variance applications all of the way back to 1979.
Address Permit Tracker:
Search for Permits by Address and view all of the permits and their comments and updates for a particular address.
Code Violation Tracker
Track the complaint status of Code Violations and get the Action Order Number.
Track Code Violations by Action Order Number.
Track Code Violations by Code Case Number.
Code Violation Activity Reports
Create reports by month for Code Violations, and see their status, case type, description and location.
Get a report of recent Code Violations.
Zoning, Variance and CPA Application Trackers
Track Zoning Applications (Includes rezonings, special use permits, temporary use permits and special exceptions), Variances and Comprehensive Plan Amendments by Application or Parcel Number, Name of Applicant or Owner. You can also search by Parcel number or Section-Township-Range (STR), which will also give you a list of all Zoning Applications, Building Permits, Zoning and Variance applications, for that STR all of the way back to 1993.
Building Inspection Reports
Inspection Summary Reports show the building inspections scheduled for the selected day. They also show when the inspection was completed and which inspector was assigned to each inspection.
View and Print all of Today's scheduled inspections.
Building Permit Activity Reports
Get the number of permits issued and the value of the construction by month for the last 27 years. Each report shows the totals year to date and the totals from the same month of the previous year. Search by Month, Year, Permit Type, Jurisdiction.
Search for permits by date, including initial application date, issuance date, final permit date and certificate of occupancy date. Each report shows the permit number and the corresponding dates. Search by Date, Month, Year, Permit Type, Jurisdiction.
Search for permits by final permit date and see the final permit and certificate of occupancy status. Each report shows the permit number and the corresponding dates. Search by Month, Year, Jurisdiction.
Search by permit status, including Expired, applied for, finalled, inspected, issued, revoked, suspended and voided. Get a report for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Search for the number of permits processed and issued by month.
Search for Septic System Permits by month and year
Impact Fee Activity Reports
Create reports by Month, Year, Fee Type and Status for impact fees that are due and have been collected.
