    Description:
    8 cars in yard 5 of them are in code violation. unserviceable vehicles. 1 boat is occupying where a car should be. A gold car is sitting in the yard, killing the grass. The people are known to be very angry and will not cooperate with the law. The owner is my Father, and i cant not believe this is happening. I am reporting this violation because once i confronted him about moving the cars he yelled at me saying that I should mind my own business. there is also 2 closed in areas, in the house with no permits. he has removed a door and build a wall over it and converted our back porch into a living area for 2 dogs. also he has re arranged the kitchen to remove a window and a wall with out a permit. this happend during the year 2002. if you look at the blueprints, there was no addition and there is no permit.

    Description:
    The restaurant "O O" Tapas & Tinis as well as "I Love New York Pizza", both located in the 91st Street 'Publix' shopping complex continue to place "nightly special" signs in the median on 24th Ave between Tower rd & 91st Street. I understand that both have the same ownership. It really is an "eyesore" for those of us that travel that route. I have written "O O" before to complain, but I'm sure they find it "effective/ cheap" advertising. It's bad enough on the side of the road, but multiple days per week in the median is far too much. I would appreciate an official opinion and response to them...otherweise I might as well advertise there myself...it must work.

    you may need to give ASO deputy Sgt Hood or whomever a call and ask them about this past weekend, Saturday February 5, 2011. There was about (8) eight ASO officer writing tickets. There was parking on private property, in the fields, and on the right away (road side). The police was out patrolling and is aware that there was parking on private property. It was busy at Pinky's this Saturday February 5, 2011 as well as the weekend before. There was no Super bowl party Sunday, February 6, because they had the party Saturday February 5. And yes again It was over crowned with people and I know inside was over capacity because there was so many cars on the outside and very little parking. Something needs to be done about this ongoing problem. If this club was in down town Gainesville Florida, you would have done something about it by now.

    There's a red Dodge Ram (mud) truck that has been sitting stationary in front (of the road way/street) of this residence for a few weeks now. It appears to be an unregistered truck because there's no license plate mounted on the rear and none visible on the windshield too... Prior to being relocated back to the listed residence a few weeks ago, It was parked on the west side of CR241/NW 143rd St for months with a for sale sign on it. With it parked on the road way, it makes it hard for two cars to pass in opposite directions at the same time causing one of the cars to wait while the other passes before proceeding through.

Depositor of said waste identified himself as Todd (Yochim)and informed me that I would have to hire an attorney like his wife, at $300/hr, if I wanted to anything about this public health hazard.
