A building that is not authorized under the Special Use Permit for the property is being maintained to the rear of the gym.

It also appears that each of four trailers that are located near one end of the athletic fields falls within the ULDC's definition of a building. None of those buildings are authorized under the Special Use Permit for the property.

Further, no permits can be issued for the aforesaid buildings inasmuch as Section 407.01(a) of the ULDC provides that "only one principal building and its customary accessory buildings may be erected on any lot of record." Even without considering the buildings which are the subject of this complaint, the number of buildings that are located on the property already far exceeds the maximum number of buildings allowed under the ULDC.

Description:
According to Condition 5 of Resolution Z-04-14, "no additional signs or exterior lighting shall be permitted in connection with the school." As the attached pictures will show, the school has violated that Condition by placing sources of high intensity lighting on its gym and on a pole near one end of its athletic fields.

The lights also violate Sections 407.60(e) & 407.61(c)1 of the ULDC by casting a direct glare that is visible from a residential district. The lights that are mounted on the gym appear to exceed the permissible mounting height set forth in Section 407.61(c)1 of the ULDC. Finally, the illumination levels that the lights create on adjacent residential property appear to exceed the permissible standard set forth in Sections 402.125(b)3 & 407.61(c)3 of the ULDC.

Regarding previous reported violation # 556 , action order 20045645. Boarded up building referenced in report is a concern. The windows are boarded with small scrapes of sheet rock that are falling of of building. Along with the scrapes of sheet rock and other scrapes of lumber nailed haphazardly to the sides of building appear not secure or safe. Now the BING map is showing 71st Avenue thru to 73rd Avenue.
Description:
Residents of NE 73 Avenue have started using N.E. 71 Ave instead; by using private property and the clay electric power line easement to tie NE 71st Ave to NE 73rd Ave. The residents from the end of NE 73rd Avenue run a daycare, the increased traffic; parents and food vendors etc. are causing damage to the non-county maintained NE 71st Ave. Safety concerns of these people speeding and distroying NE 71st Ave.

I have researched DCF's website to make sure that this daycare is liscensed but cannot find them listed. Rick and Sharon Joines NE 73rd Avenue. Gainesville, Fl 32609 run the daycare.

Residents of 71st Avenue have recently paid for the road to be graded and holes filled in. Assuring us 911 access.

Our main concern is that a daycare is being ran and this buisness owner is using our private road to allow her clients access without any respondsibility to the cost of repairs and maintenance of the private road. This private roads easement was meant for 71st Avenues residents. No one on 71st avenue agreed to an easement to property of NE 73rd Avenue and most diffently would not have given easement/access for a buisness (Daycare).

We do not feel that them being allowed to use the clay electic easement or them crossing over private property is legal or fair to the residents of 71st Ave.

We ask that this access/drive thru be closed off and that residents of NE 73rd Ave be required to use their own road.

And the daycare be checked to make sure it is licensed.

Description:
Renters who live at this address set up a home car garage / repair in their backyard. To my knowledge this area is zoned as residential and not as business. They currently have 3 vehicles parked in their backyard. It is not unusual to see used tires, etc. stacked in the backyard. I know that the resident, William Jarvis, is charging for his services because he's approached me and asked if I wanted him to replace my vehicle oil. I have overheard conversations or arugments where William (Bill) had damaged someone's vehicle and the vehicle owner didn't want to pay him for the work. There is also evidence of car oil being dumped on the ground. We would like this investigated and for him to be notified that he needs to discontinue using his backyard as a vehicle repair shop and to remove the cars and the respective parts. As a homeowner who pays property taxes for a home valued at a certain amount, this sort of thing angers me.
