    Description:
    I go by this building at approx. 1845 on Mon., Fri., and Saturday evenings and the parking lot is overflowing and more people walk in. I find it hard to believe that this small building could possibly hold this many people and be within code. There has to be at least 50 cars in the parking lot.

    8 cars in yard 5 of them are in code violation. unserviceable vehicles. 1 boat is occupying where a car should be. A gold car is sitting in the yard, killing the grass. The people are known to be very angry and will not cooperate with the law. The owner is my Father, and i cant not believe this is happening. I am reporting this violation because once i confronted him about moving the cars he yelled at me saying that I should mind my own business. there is also 2 closed in areas, in the house with no permits. he has removed a door and build a wall over it and converted our back porch into a living area for 2 dogs. also he has re arranged the kitchen to remove a window and a wall with out a permit. this happend during the year 2002. if you look at the blueprints, there was no addition and there is no permit.

    The restaurant "O O" Tapas & Tinis as well as "I Love New York Pizza", both located in the 91st Street 'Publix' shopping complex continue to place "nightly special" signs in the median on 24th Ave between Tower rd & 91st Street. I understand that both have the same ownership. It really is an "eyesore" for those of us that travel that route. I have written "O O" before to complain, but I'm sure they find it "effective/ cheap" advertising. It's bad enough on the side of the road, but multiple days per week in the median is far too much. I would appreciate an official opinion and response to them...otherweise I might as well advertise there myself...it must work.
