Description:
The residents of this home maintain an excessively overgrown yard. The renters also have two dogs, one of which is tied to a tree & cannot be seen through all the weeds. There is also debris and old toys throughout the yard. I am concerned that the level of overgrowth could allow for snakes and other pest to accumulate.

The brick home directly across the street has also began to accumulate several objects and vehicles that are scattered throughout the yard. I have previously complained about the first property. I am concerned that the poor yard maintenance will reduce the amount of interest in neighboring homes that are for sale.

Residential yard is overgrown with weeds taller than the house. House is structurally damaged by tree that fell on half a year ago. Holes in roof, covered by tarp. A known rat infested dwelling and a snake breeding ground. This is an eyesore and public health hazard. I am concerned about the safety of the neighborhood, since children and elderly are the adjacent neighbors. House is abandoned (owner deceased) and foreclosed by a bank. No one is repairing, removing or demolishing this property.

Description:
I noticed that my light bill is getting higher and received a letter from GRU about my usage. I noticed that my apartment has not been getting cool. I called and had my landlord send someone to check my unit, they put in a new thermostat and put coolant into the system. That worked for about a week or so but now my unit runs continuosly because it is not cooling down. I had to have a hole replaced in the ceiling, twice, from the rain last year and I think that the installation is no good from getting wet.
