A 50 ft buffer from the designated scenic roads is considered inside secondary conservation lands as defined in the 2020 Alachua County Comprehensive Plan. SW 15th Avenue was designated as a Scenic Road on June 24th 2004. The Scenic Roads Design and Development Restrictions are found in chapter 344 of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.
