Development Services Division
Development Services is a planning group that provides information and assistance to the public and property owners. The staff is responsible for the review and processing of all applications for rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, special exceptions, special use permits, temporary use permits, Planned Developments (PD) and Developments of Regional Impact (DRI).
After review and analysis of an application, the development services staff presents findings and recommendations to the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners in advertised quasi-judicial public hearings. The staff contributes to many other administrative functions including the Development Review Committee, the Board of Adjustment, the Comprehensive Plan revision process etc.

2007-08 County Fees and Charges.
